Selling my 290 Sundancer!

I have purchased an ad on CSR so felt I would mention this. I am looking to move up and have my 290DA on the market.
Those of you who have followed my over 3500 posts on CSR know this boat is very well maintained.

If you are looking for a turn key 290, with all options, for little money, this is it. I have put my heart and soul into this boat (and wallet) but footitis
has got a grip on me bad.

I would love a 370!..........unfortunately not in the budget.
I have a broker saying he has a prospective buyer. He wants 10% of sale price. What is the going rate for boat brokers?

10% is the standard brokerage rate however many will negotiate a lower rate. 8% is not uncommon.
