Hey everyone. It's that time of year where I extend my hand. My once and only solicitation each year. It's for a great cause.

Losing my Dad in May 09 had a huge impact and the Relay for life last year was a few days after his memorial.

This year I have a lofty goal. Through many donations from this site and a couple others last year I was able to raise over $2600. I am doubling that this year and starting to raise funds earlier.

My daughter in law is an executive director for ACS and my wife drives for them. So we are very well in turn for the relays. Everyone need to keep up the good work.
 
I want to thank those that recently donated. It's absolutely wonderful. Thanks again. I'm way ahead of my progess compared to last year but I have a goal to be the top fundraiser in our community relay, so I very excited to see it going so well so far.

I received a couple more donations over the weekend. Some wish to remain anonymous, but I wanted to thank those that did donate. I'm at 15% of my goal already and I'm really appreciative to those that are helping out or at minimum offering good wishes.
I know it's not an easy time in this economy and minimum donations are extremely appreciated.

Thanks Wes. It's been great so far. Luckily I started early and our team is currently in the lead as am I. I'm grateful for all the support. It is a great cause and working alongside so many that are affected by Cancer is sometimes overwhelming. We should all be lucky to stay healthy.

Thanks again to those that have donated or sent well wishes. This is big for me. Since my Dad passed away last spring from melanoma, and after doing the Relay for life only a few days after his memorial, I wanted to do my best to raise the most money as an individual for this years event. There are too many afflicted with this bullsh*t.

That's great. I appreciate it. It would be great to get to 50% of my goal by March 1. I have been blessed with great support from my customers, friends family and yet the Boating buddies are awesome.

Hey everyone. I'm grateful for all the donations I've received in the last month. My progress is great towards my goal for American Cancer society's "Relay for Life". Several members of my Family are participating as well as some great friends.
Keep it rolling, push me over the top. Right now I'm at $1860 which is 37%... of my goal of $5000. I was hoping to be at $2000 by March 1st. Well March 1st is not over yet.
Wanna help and feel good about a great cause? You don't have to donate tons and I know things are tight for many people. A handfull of $10 donations all adds up. Thanks a Ton! This is the only solicitaion I do all year. I know these are annoying and seemingly constant so thanks for tolerating me.

Hey Todd, I just tried to make another donations with my extra snowplowing $$
It wouldn't let me !!. Can you look into as why not ??

I emailed the director to ask if it prevents running a card more than once. Maybe it's a fraud feature they've implemented. I'll let you know what she says. Thanks again.
