I cruise at 27mph(GPS) at 3800rpms and top end 41mph at 5000rpms with 1/2 has and 1/2 water.

In my 270 with a 350 BIII, our top speed is about 38mph. I tend to keep my rpm around 4000 maximum.

If you drop your tabs fully down, the boat will track straighter at no wake speeds. Well, it works on my 240da anyways.

Ok. So, I guess that's what we saw today. I'll get the survey done Friday in case anything is off.

The raft up sounds great. Not sure if we'll be able to make it though. That will likely be the first full weekend with the boat and I could us the practice - in less crowded spaces than a sanctioned raft up.

I'm still on the fence for the raft up. We may go up there saturday morning and hang out for the day. I've got a lot of things to do that sunday so if we rafted I would need to leave really early and end up being on the outside of the raft. Might even go to roosevelt island instead. Let me know what you are up to.

So, don't want to jinx it, but does anyone have the size of the lazarette for the boat name and hailing port? Forgot to get the measurement yesterday, but want to get the decal on order so it's ready.
