Post your boat's name

Ay Lou!

Was named by previous Owner, and we are not yet brave enough to rename.

If you know what is means, let me know because I have no idea.

We are left to guess that perhaps it was from the days when Lou Piniella was coaching the Mariners here in Seattle, and people would yell "Hey, Lou!", which over the years became "Ay Lou!"

It will be "Serendipity".

I have always just loved the way that word sounds and what it means. Since we are agnostic, it is how my wife and I feel about life...a series of fortunate accidents.

I can't believe I missed this thread.

Our boat is Still LauCo. Our kids are Lauren and Connor.
Our last SR was just LauCo...

And my wife thinks it's crazy how much money boating costs, so we pronounce it LOCO...

Ours is 'Something Fishy' - after our gift shop. Figured we already had tshirts and cups with the logo and name so why not? No pictures yet - still playing with design ideas.

Looking Good:thumbsup: Nice to be able to see it with the top on.
Where is your shore power hookup:grin: Just kidding.
Do you take Bimini top down when you trailer her?

no shore power yet ;-)...

the Bimini is hanging in the garage right now...I take it off when I covered it with a BIG blue tarp for a few months...but to answer your question...Yes I trailer it with the bimini up just to and from the lake (about 5 miles)...when I grab her to Tampa in a few months I will probably lay it down.

We are going to name ours "3 of Hearts". there are three of us in the family, Mom, Dad, and daughter, and my last name is Hartt. Haven't doning the name yet, but we will this summer.

Our 320 is "Spontaneity" for straightforward reasons and accentuated by the fact that we bought the boat without much planning.

We are working on names for Spontaneity's replacement - "Rambunctious" is leading the pack based on our children.

we are naming her after my wife's mom. we lost her halloween day. we are also going to document her. so the name will be "Annie Laurie" Port of El Dorado, Arkansas.

all the old folks got their start in el dorado, and bought into a lot of murphy oil stock. through the years the stock has been passed down, inherited etc. so we figured that we would honor her mom with giving our boat the name her daddy used to call her and pay tribute to where the $$ came from.

by the way, don't bother looking, there ain't no port in el dorado, i think there is a river though.

Just named the boat...The 19th Hole. I'm a big golfer! Name hasn't even been put on the boat yet. Boat looks just like yours Dave...260 DA, blue hull.

In case you've not figured it out, boat name is Morpheus and here is a picture (caution LARGE PICTURE) one day I'll get all my photo's organized.

Yes Morpheus is Laurence Fishburne from the great movie The Matrix, but that's not why our boat is named that.

Morpheus was the god of dreams and the son of Hypnos the god of sleep.

Everything's Irie.

We were married in Jamacia and all the folks there kept saying everything's irie which means life is good, everything is good, all is at peace.

Previous sea ray was Medicinal Porpoises. The boat was feel good medicine to us and served its purpose or porpoise.

Send a note to the admin and they will change you 'handle' or user name.....

I begged and pleaded and caused such a ruckus that my husband named our boat after me. "The Drama Queen" I didn't think it very funny at the time, but after the first season I decided that the name fit and the boat actually is a Drama Queen.
