In order for people to be able to answer your questions there are two things that you will want to include in your profile/signature. Your location (this will usually tell if you are a salt water or fresh water boater). The second is the year, model, and motor of your boat. We have decided not to require this during the registration process however if you want the best answers for your questions it should be in your signature.

If a new member joins take a second to tell them to complete their signature with this information. In the end it just makes it easier for everyone. :thumbsup:

I updated my signature with my boat information and it does not show when I post. What am I doing wrong?
 
Well now I see it does. :huh:

Does my signature not show up on prior posts and will only show up on posts I make in the future?

It always kills me :lol: to see someone put down a very answerable question but there is no information to go by. The old saying of "The Devil is in the details" is just that important.

Or worst case do like Tom Cruise did in "Days of Thunder" go Vroom, Vroom or hack hack...to describe the symptom and I am sure we can find someone to give a great diagnosis's.

And for God Sakes, don't be afraid to embarrass yourself. :smt101 There is no one on this board that has not done or seen the most stupid of things at least once and lived to tell about it. :huh: How else would we be here to share it with you. :thumbsup:
 
Is it just me or are sig's not showing up any more?
 
Never mind, it is here. Another thread it's not. Strange.........
 
Signatures do not show up when a thread has attachments. I think this is to reduce bandwidth, but I don't know how to turn the feature off. :huh:
