Peyton Manning IS the league MVP!

I love watching Rogers, a lower draft pick than Alex Smith and a Cal graduate, continue to be the best QB in the game this year. :smt089:smt089

At least the 49ers have figured out not to let Smith throw much.

Rogers is good for sure but when you can pass to 11 different receivers in a game and your making 2+ turn overs a game, it runs a little deeper then QB ability. It's the whole team firing on all cylinders that make or break QB's. One thing I do see is the Brett Favre smile Aaron wears during the game. Priceless.

Enjoy it! MM

It does seem as if that "they don't beat any body" has moved from Detroit to Indy. MM

Yes it is only just down I-75.

Nice having a joke that can be used on any team in any give year in the NFL. Which Indy refers to as No F*cking Luck.

The odds would be against it but wouldn't it be something if the Packers and Colts both had a perfect season this year. 16-0 and 0-16, then they could play one more game to see who's best.:smt043

Good Colts tickets can be had for 1/2 or less easily now. What a change. Upper deck tickets are give aways. In response to some points earlier in the thread about Manning not playing defense or special teams, a friend put it this way: "The Colts were built to score 24-35 points on offense while the defense was to hold the other team to 17-21 points. Losing Manning put this scenario out of reach."The other team has very little to fear from the now depleted Colts. MM

So in the game against the Viking they took Aaron out and still scored points with Driver in 9 plays. Are the Viking truly that bad or is there depth in the GB lineup?

Great week for Colts fans. They didn't lose!!! For those that do not know, they didn't play either. They did move up in the "Suck 4 Luck" sweepstakes. MM

Can't ignore the importance of the high draft pick--be it Luck or someone else. Still want PM back for a few years even tho the defense, STs, and several other postitions are sub-par. This rebuilding process is going to take some time--we have a long ways to go.

Well, We still lead the pack for the "suck for luck" sweepstakes. Manning says his neck is stronger but no firm answers. We would have to win half of the remaining games to tie the Vikes and Rams so it is all good for now. (Kinda like looking forward to spring for boaters)

Not me......

May want to rethink Mikes response.

Well in the Peyton Manning era He was a rookie in 98 and won 3 games, since then Manning and the Colts have won 138 regular season games (Giants 105), one year with less than 10 wins (Giants 7), and made 11 playoffs (Giants 5).

Are you kidding me? You die hard Giants fans would have creamy dreams to have that record. MM
