Omicron, the sequel

Why aren't all the unvaccinated dead yet?

Why are countries removing all covid restrictions without 100% of their populations being vaccinated?
Because it’s got electrolytes…

While the unvaccinated have a higher death rate it's not 100% or even close. But, there still are a number of unvaccinated dying every day who otherwise would stay alive somewhat more so in the U.S. as compared to other countries.
Everyone, including governments, is ready to move on. Most unvaccinated have had their chance and it's on them if they wish to take the risk. Those who are immunocompromised or otherwise vulnerable represent just about the only current reason to worry about mitigation but the prevailing opinion seems to be to let them look out for themselves by being careful. As long as hospitals aren't overwhelmed and the public is willing to accept a certain number of deaths on an ongoing basis, many countries are opening up. It does vary by country. I'm overseas right now and while the restrictions aren't onerous (masks indoors but not rigidly enforced), there are entry restrictions. No one gets in unvaccinated and a negative test is needed within 24 hours of boarding a plane coming here. On arrival, there's another mandatory test at the airport, then one to take with you and turn in after four days in country. I suspect these types of measures may stay in effect.

Total horse shit. Fake news.
Dude, turn on CNN even they have admitted this is crap.

Do a little reading before you post come mierda.

Please post the CNN reference. Sorry, no access to US TV news where I am.

I apologize, I should have listed the sarcasm in my post. This entire time, MSM et al have essentially said - no mask / no vax, you will die....

Sheeple, embrace the myocarditis!
Grab it, feel it, be it. LOL.

You were told. :p

You want to be right so bad, that you would be happy seeing others getting ill from a vaccine. This just isn’t the behavior of a normal person. It is something Fidel Castro, would wish on anyone not willing to follow him - I guess the apple does not fall far from the tree! You are classless and ill! Get help!

You can't say we didn't try to warn you...

Soon the powers that be will begin to say, "no one 'forced' you to get the jab"...

Oh oh. The sheep aren’t going to be happy about this.

So now the science proves natural immunity is better than vaccines.

Imagine why they withheld that science?

What does this leak mean to the commy mandates?

Sheeple, embrace the myocarditis!

Even though your reference says nothing about it (it would be a good idea to read what you post), natural immunity is well and good and I certainly believe it should be considered where relevant. But, there are two problems with natural immunity: One, there is a price to be paid at the population level to get it (i.e., thousands of excess deaths plus even more long covid cases), while vaccination immunity has been proven to only result in a minuscule number of deaths or complications, at least so far. Two, the duration and durability of natural immunity is unknown but appears to be similar to vaccines or a matter of months, so not a long term solution.

I don’t like to chime in on biology discussions because I am not a bio-techie guy. What I am is a Libertarian born-free American. Your point about what is known, and not known, is exactly why the “government” does not have the right to press chemicals into the free people which it serves - especially when the government cannot make a true, scientifically based argument to support the forced chemical injections. This is why other vaccines take years of research to validate.
So, I am not an anti-vaxxer. I got the vaccine myself. I chose to get it. My choice. I got COVID four weeks after my second injection and probably passed it to my 17-yr old son.
Once it was proven a vaccinated person can still catch and spread this virus, any case for forced vax went away - not that the government had the legal, or God given right, to force anyone to take it in the first place.
Recall - in the USA, God gave us our rights. The government does not have shit, unless we agree as a community to give it.
Yes there will likely be some extra risk. Maybe not. I am willing to accept it for the big picture.
When will all the “sheeple” get this concept into their numb brains? (Not specifically calling you a sheeple, mind you. Just using your post as a springboard to rant.)

I’m done!

Wa wa wa.., just like a sheep to wine because he realizes his bs was in fact wrong and now you’ll suffer the consequences.

I knew I was right last February when I first posted about the vaccines.

Now be a big boy, put your panties on and deal with it like a man.

One adjustment to your post. The “vaccines” are not chemical. They are biotech. Big difference.

I was pointing out considerations individuals might want to consider when making their choice about whether to get vaccinated or not. I believe it ought to be based on the preponderance of evidence, like most other decisions are made.
But, you're wrong about the legality of mandates. The federal government (in its sphere only) and each state has the authority to make vaccinations compulsory. It's been settled law for over 100 years, see Jacobson v. Massachusetts. None of the recent court challenges have changed that. I think every state makes some vaccinations mandatory, especially for school children. It's true that communities could reverse this with new laws and maybe that will happen as a result of current events, we'll see.

alnav, Thanks for the reference to the old mandates. I had read about those before where the lethality was really bad. And I was not criticizing you in my rant. However, just because the government does something doesn’t mean it should do something! Many examples of politicians and bureaucrats overstepping. Courts are not perfect either. The older I get, the less I seem to like being told what to do by people who can’t even manage their own lives. Fair winds!!!

Agree completely.
