Uncle Buck? Is that "Nanas Pantsuit"? Based on what I can see, this is how it will turn out for Club Sea Ray:
  1. Turtle Butt
  2. Ryker Bella (me)
  3. Nanas Pantsuit
  4. Collingdale (I thought he had a lock on 2nd, but he made a run for Africa :smt001 a few days ago and gave up alot of ground)
  5. BlowmeDown
  6. Floating Chalupa (preliminary)
  7. Big VHull (preliminary)
  8. Four Suns (preliminary)
  9. Saltyzdogz (preliminary)
  10. Tsandu (preliminary)
That leg was too long. I don't know how the actual sailers hold up that long, especially if your at the back of the pack. It took me 43 days 12 hours 50 minutes. I think Turtlebutt finished about 12 hours ahead of me.

You mean I was racing him for nothing? He was on my butt for half the race. Tell Him to buy a Sea Ray and Join the group.

It is proper etiquette to call him first on the VHF and ask if he would like a no wake pass.

yep blew 2nd for a chance at the top slot!! plan crashed and burned or ran aground and sank!!!!!

I was neck and neck with the guy advertising his blog, Destramue (or whatever his name was). We choose different routes at the end, and he just missed catching Turtle Butt. But hey, your not going to pass someone just by following them. Nice try Collingdale!

Yeah...finally got done in 47D 3H 50M, after running aground on one island in the beginning, and taking a week to play golf at Myrtle Beach as I neared the Cape Horn.

Well chaps its only six days till were in the fray again!

Im pinning my flag to the mast, beats the wife, and saying im going for a sub 1000 finish this time.

I didn't know I'm supposed to beat my wife before heading out.

Not sure if I'm going for the next leg. Its boating season in these parts of the world. Plus, not having to wake up at 6am (5am for next leg) has been nice for the last week, especially when theres no other reason for me to awake that early.

I hoping for a sub 1000 finish this time as well...just hoping the rums from the Caribbean do not distract me and cause me to hit an island. Plus I may have to stop off at the BVI since I am heading back there this Nov for vacation.
