Mike
You will to have pictures of you on the boat to prove it!

I'm not sure how I will fair this leg either. My kids are off all week and I have a bunch of trips planned, so I may not be near a PC during wind changes..

Good luck to everyone still racing!

Well maybe I'll do better this time since Gary is on vacation, Mike is going boating and the quite a few others are going to be tied up this coming week. (Grin)

DOH!!!
forgot about the start time just logged on 15 HOURS late!!!

already 50 miles behind in pants wind, will have to work extra hard to be sub 1000 now!!:smt089

I was away with the family in Atlantic City. Just got home and logged on. I'm doing .1 knot in 2.7 knots of wind, in 188,000 place..Dead Last in CSR. Great start :smt013

I guess the good news, I should only see "# of places gained" messages.

At least I have one boat to sail with right now...Have a seawater pump/impeller problems with one of my engines so no going out on the water for me yet...:smt089

Now to get racing Turtle Butt is already 60 miles ahead of me, plus 30,000 places after missing a wind change.:smt021

Just started racing yesterday... boat's name is Peatherpalooza ... pretty fun game.. if you're patient.

I'm set up for failure.. I was away and was logged in for the first 24 hours and didn't move. When I finaly looked I was in 180,000 place with the leaders 80 miles ahead. The next 12 hours had me sitting at 2 knots, while the leaders sailed along over 10 knots. This leg is too short to make that up and I don't feel like getting up at 5:00 AM to change course.

I'm taking a relaxing cruise up the coast, sipping on rum and enjoying the watching the new top-less (.)(.) crew that I picked up in Rio.

Ryker Bella.

Collingdale sneeks up from the rear!!! oher misses!

cant see sub 1000 though LOL :smt089

seems you boys in the front are stuck in wind hell :smt038

.5 knots of wind for me right now. Woo Hoo.. lost 2700 places overnight

Wetpaint,
Are you racing? I did not see you in the group??
