Official 2003.5-2008 340 Sundancer Thread

You have a water heater switch on your AC panel. That’s how you heat your water. The panel is something different. Unless you are up north you will rarely use it since the heat of the engine room will sufficiently heat that water. Northern folks experience will differ.

Even up in NY over the summer when things are the hottest we still need to use the water heater. As mentioned it is controlled at the A/C Panel and not the switch pad. The engine when running circulates hot water through warming the tank water however at dock without engines running it will cool down at night so we will turn it on for washing up and showers.

The button is the icon for the fresh water pump - however on the 340SDA that is not used it is controlled by the one on the DC Panel. These are somewhat generic keypads across different models so in our case here it is an extra.

I just get the error message uu
That’s an under voltage message. Could it be a bad cable somewhere? I’m certainly not an expert but if it was working properly before you swapped out the batteries perhaps maybe one of the cables isn’t snug or maybe some corrosion? If that’s not it perhaps it’s time to call in an expert.

Kev u going to the air show Memorial Day weekend? We gonna stay overnight on the hook for it

Yes we will, if I ever get in the water. :(
If you're looking to raft up let me know. We usually go out Friday (PM me)

We try to get a pole.
