I think the definition of "rich" is way too subjective to equal dollar amounts. Making $150k a year in Arkansas may be considered "rich", but making that in Manhattan you might as well just move out because youre pretty much going to live in a dumpster.

FWIW, in dollar amounts, I think I would consider an annual income of over $750k or so getting there, and/or assets of around $5m or more.

Either way, the tax system as it is I feel is more or less fair as a baseline to start with. It is many of the social dependence programs I feel that need serious attention first. Same with overabundant pork spending. Cut those couple of items down to a reasonable figure, and the taxes will follow suit.
 
Ok, I'm pretty much sick of watching all the news about obama's VP pick. It's so slanted to the Dems that you pretty much don't even know McKain is even running.
