I just sent the IRS a couple of jetskis today... and then see this:

I guess she needs to get to CSR and being on dialup is just not acceptable. Free health care... free broad band (it's a "right" you know)... free cell phones...

sh!t... next they'll have free boats... how about some free plasma TV's... you know... it sucks watching TV on old CRT technology... puts people at a disadvantage. It should be a "right" to own a plasma...

More and more "Takers" and fewer and fewer "Makers"! I too sent off "two jetskis" - that stung!
Our tremendous debt, higher taxes to come to fund that debt, and so many people with an entitlement mentality.... I've always been an optimist, but I don't see any good way forward.
I'm afraid it will be a long time until America sees anything like the prosperity we have enjoyed in the last few years, if ever.

That's one of the funniest damn things I have seen in a while. The internet is the key for economic recovery in a textile manufacturing community!:smt021 What that woman didn't know was that her son was frustrated because the porn wasn't downloading fast enough.

I am just proud to do my part so 47% of the population doesn't have to pay taxes. I'm so friggin' patriotic I even got to pay AMT too! That way, people who didn't pay taxes can get tax refunds.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I hate paying taxes to the "Great Wealth Spreader" as much as the next guy but let's face it, getting to deduct interest on our boat loans, although legal, is a bit of "wealthfare." Mind you, I am pleased and proud to take advantage of it. So think of some cool mods you can pay for with the 30-33 cents on the dollar you are saving with this one and it adds a little bit of joy to this saddest day of the year.
 
I agree with her. When I was growing up I didn't have high speed internet access.

OH....wait a minute, :wow: they didn't have internet when I was in school. Come to think of it, they barely had it when my oldest kids went to school.

What ever happen to the library???? That's where I went to do my homework. Or the the good ol' Encylopedia Britanica that my parents couldn't afford but bought anyway.

This woman is nuts and whoever allowed her up there is even more nuts.
 
I am going to see if the gubment can buy me a faster car. In the community over yonder I seened a guy with a car that could go twice as fast as mine. If I don't get me this new cah I ams gunna be left behind I'm afraid.

Loved an interview I saw with Governor Christie the other day...he's pushing for the New Jersey teachers to have to chip in some of their own money (oh my!) for health care. Today, they actually pay zero out of pocket for health care premiums. He's asking them to pay an average of 758.00 a year. They're about to riot in the street over this...

How is Isaac (her son) going to learn how to waterski if "We the people" don't supply the Lumbee tribe a sweet 180 Sport with wakeboarding tower. If Isaac doesn't learn how to wakeboard or waterski (He'll need supercool board shorts too.....oh and a PFD with awesome graphics and a board) how will we sleep at night?
Dial up, internet, research at your fingertips? I recall being frustrated writing a term paper. Go to the library, get the books, forget one or two, go back, get the book or two, write the paper on a typewriter. Talk about frustration. There was no "BACKSPACE" or delete, cut and paste on typewriter. You'd get 2/3's of the way down the page and realize you really wanted to put something another way and either leave it or stuff another piece of paper and start over.
 
How cold and callus of those teachers to assign impossible homework! Don't they care? How could they be so insensitive?

Oh but wait, I'm sure there are people with less than this woman. So why isn't she giving them half her stuff to help? Doesn't she care? How can she be so insensitive?

I had to use a borrowed encyclopedia to do my school reports until ma made me shell out a summers worth of manual labor $$ to get my own.....hey, that's child abuse, where's the ph. number to DHS. Ma, you're goin down!
 
I want to puke when I see people like that! Holy S&$t! You can't tell me there isn't a way for her to come up with 30 bucks a month. I saw another lady talking about how she could not afford a gallon of milk for her kids and instead could only buy a quart. When she was done speaking I noticed that she had professionally manicured french nails...priorities, priorities, priorities
 
It snows out by us the government should buy everyone 4X4 trucks, oh and gas is expensive so they should pay for the too. they are necessities
