I just wanted to let everyone know that my 2003 280DA is for sale through Jim at BOE. Here's a link to the classified section that you can also find at the top of the site Here

You can also find it on Yachtworld through BOE Marine. If you know anyone looking for a super clean, gently used 280DA for a great price, you can contact Jim through the above links. I'm looking to move up this year but can't afford to own two boats, so she's got to go first.

Good luck with the sale Turtle....someone is going to get a very clean 280.

Mike...I see you have your sights on a 45DA...any particular one? Or just want that model?

Good Luck Mike. I hope she sells quick. Your Pictures make her look new.

Does it come with all the hats and strobe in the V-Berth?

I just sent your listing to the admiral as a subtle hint!!!
Great priced boat Turtle....She will probably go quick

Its not 1978! The boat is in NY, broker is in MD, buyer might come from as far away as Europe. This internet thingamabob sure is neat.

Good luck Turtle - what's the next one going to be? btw - you and Todd must be having a competition for cleanest bilge - you guys are making me look bad!

It sure is neat. I shopped the entire east coast to find a boat 450' from my house.

But if I was to call you on one of those old fashioned telephone thingies. . . . .and ask to to see the boat prior to purchase, how does that work? Surely, you can't drive up to show the boat to every Tom, Dick and Harry that asks to see the goods.

I don't mean to be obnoxious, but do you have a local rep that can show me the boat? Or are you a broker that heavily screens clients for seriousness before showing them aboard? I am the type of buyer that likes to shop and understand what he is buying (although my tastes right now would run more to a 320DA than a 280DA)

If you would like to see the boat, you can give Jim a call and he'll arrange it with me. If you buy the boat, I'll throw in a first Generation iPhone and one of my lucky hats.

1st Generation iPhone? Who wants that? May as well offer a 386 PC. . . .and the boat doesn't even have a gennie!

But the lucky hat. . .the lucky hat could well be a clincher.

But seriously. . . so the primary thing that Jim provides is the internet adverstising, and you end up showing the boat? I get it now. (Not an issue with me. . as I said, a neighbor had my boat for sale locally and I never knew until it was posted on Yachtworld by a broker).

Good luck with your upgrade.
Although, if you get 20' itis ever other year. . .. that could get real expensive real quick!
