Absolutely great guy and he did show up a few years ago but his id seems to have gone. Very quick wit and could make people's heads spin.....

Yeah, we had our differences, I was not a fan of his online social skills, but in person I liked him. If it's been sitting for years, that's salt water, I can only imagine the build up.

That's a shame. He had a really nice boat with lots of cool mods. And a knack for injuring himself in the most unusual ways. Maybe Gary and Blue are the same person...

I believe Gary is busy working around the clock to improve patient outcomes one IV at a time. No time for boating. No time for forums. Thats my best guess anyway.

Scott sold his 340 Dancer but ended up buying another guys older boat at the marina. It is another Sea Ray. He has been busy flying for UPS. Takes multi day/week trips to the Far East or Europe etc. He is also flying his Piper Arrow. IIRC he did have some minor health issues but I think he is better and about to get his upgrade as a check airman on a 767? (not sure the model). We are friends on Facebook and I see him from time to time.

Yup.
He showed up and expected people to help him with his boat which I and my slip mate did.
I certainly tried to be as welcoming as possible but he and (I think) GF were just weird.
He knew who I was and immediately started in complaining about other people on CSR. Apparently some of you have been mean to him
Again…it strikes me as a guy with a few serious issues going on.
He left and wrote a scathing review on the Marina and the manager on Yelp.
He visited The Yards Marina where I keep my boat last year. It is a small marina …..56 slips. The marina manager made all the arrangements but that wasn’t good enough for him.

@PlayDate Yep that would be me as you know ...
I had given him my cell when he first bought his boat. He was at a neighboring marina where I also have friends at so I stopped by to see his new purchase.
But apparently I was too much for him and he packed it in. We got into too many off line arguments, he didn't like me correcting him publicly and had a meltdown. He blew up my phone so much I had to block him.
