Looking at the 03' 320 Dancer. What do you guys think?

The issue with the shower sump pump is a little object called a duck bill The one in the sump pump is worn and is allowing water to drain back into the sump pump basin. I know this because it happened to me and was driving me crazy when I went to sleep out. I called the distributor that makes the sump pump and they sent me the little rubber duck bill for free. Looks like a round rubber ring with a flat flange from it. It allows the water to escape the sump pump then blocks the back flow from coming in again. Find out who manufactures the sump pump and call them directly. It will resolve the issue.
