Alex,
Those are some nice pics!! What kind of camera do you have? I especially like the shot you got of the Brookhaven Town Landfill ( It's the one that looks like two hills) !! The picture quality is awesome!!
Hey are those Russ's transom lights? They look good!
Todd

Todd,
I'm hoping to get there on either the morning of the 26th or the evening of the 27th. I've got to bring my daughter back to college the morning of the 27th so the boat may be there but I won't until Friday night. I expect that I'll then stay until Labor Day. I'll be on "D" dock....as always.

Brian,
What is the name of your boat again? I thought you previously posted it. It was rather macho if I remember correctly........or was that someone else?
My boat is currently @ your old stomping grounds, Baypoint. I dropped it off before Bermuda as I was getting some white, antifreeze smelling smoke out of the port engine. Dave Tabat replaced the exhaust manifolds, risers, plugs & wires which were all due to be changed anyway. He also ordered a couple oil hoses as they were starting to leak! Going to take a test run tonight.

Thanks Todd.

I've been kodak fan since I've purchased my old kodak 10x zoom. I love the colors kodak delivers. My latest camera is Z980. But, in case if you'll make an attempt to get the same I'll just have to warn you that I never use AUTOMATIC mode. Despite the fact that the camera deserves a big credit I always twick it's settings to produce the results I want.

Russ's underwater lighting is great. We had lots of fun and one of the pictures shows how we were fishing, also caught a crab.

The name of the boat is Seaduction III.....oh that's right that was the name until my wife asked (insisted) I change it the day before delivery to the rather macho....Endless Love. She hated Seaduction....I've heard Dave is good.

Logistics Russ! School is open and that time is chaos in this houshold!! I will probably only be doing a few day trips or a weekend at Fire Island by then. Sorry Man!
Todd
.

LOL, I understand - as long as you can make it!

Where is this Martime Fest at??? I think it warents a new post... BTW when you guy going to post some incriminating pics from your journey???

Greenport, North Fork. I did start a new post - check it out. Can you make it?

Nice pics Alex!! Todd and Brian crack me up. Todd, they are nice lights from Aqualights and for $225! solid brass through hull, and I got the burnt socket shorting option included no extra charge. After about an hour of use I get to dissasemble my deck supports and shoehorn my svelt body into the bilge to wire in new sockets. I guess you get what you pay for!

Russ, did Marybeth give you the business card? Not sure which one of us was more surprised to see the other on your boat that last night, me or her...lol.

Ahh yes, That is the manly name I remembered!! LOL!! I should have remembered the song , huh? I will definitely stop by and crack some cold ones. My boat is "Sea ya Later". It still says "Forked River NJ" under the name, been meaning to change that...I usually can be found on AB pier.

Dave is real good. Did the test run tonight and all is well!:smt038

Brian, yes she did - thanks. She didnt mention, but I am sure she was suprised! We were not seeing eye to eye and they were a bit blurry if you know what I mean. I think I was in a time out when you came over. :smt089

Alex,

That was a great write up, thanks again. I would like to thank everyone for thier efforts, ideas and input. We really enjoyed the time we spent with all that were able to make it. Those that were not we look forward to meeting next year when I hope we can get everyone together. That will be a great thread and discussion for the winter. Right now I am not ready to give up on this season yet! We leave again for another 10 day trip this weekend. I hope everyone is well and still afloat!

Thanks Russ,

Wow, that's great....another 10 days trip. I'm still afloat, but my hands are tied with kids back in school. Let us know how the trip goes. I'm always looking for new destinations.

Have fun,
Alex.
