Something at home since the boat was pulled and is on the hard. River is flooded at levels not seen since 1987, so there is no way it is going back in. Missed Memorial Day weekend because of crap weather now we are missing Labor Day weekend because the same. Guess it could be worse so no more complaining. Maybe I will pressure wash the bottom and outdrive since its pulled.

We were planing on going to Clinton CT (Cedar Island Marina), but they still have no power and not sure if they will have power by the weekend... Not to mention the consideration that there will be some debris in the water to contend with too. I think LI North shore has power so maybe we will just head somewhere over there....

We were out on the Sound Monday afternoon and the water was clear except for a couple of small debris fields. Nothing big though. Looking for a place to go tomorrow and Friday, but definitely need to check for power. No power Monday in Huntington, Oyster Bay or Northport, but my marina in Northport got power back yesterday.

Don't feel so bad. We missed Memorial Day weekend, 4th Of July and now Labor Day. I probably don't have 8hours on the engines this summer. Seems every long weekend and most in between have been screwed up one way or another. This coming weekend was a direct result of someone in our marina. May fly down to Florida for a couple of days.
