Well my mind has left me as i forgot Sunday is the Apple Festival in Hendersonville which my daughter dances in every year. So it looks like I am out this year as well. I feel like Wesley right now. Going to really miss seeing you guys again.

I need a bigger boat so i can just come up there late and sleep over night with all. Hopefully that problem will resolve itself in a few years.

Chuck, with all our on the Hook "BUDS" canceling, Admirel Janet called an emergency meeting with the captain, ORDERS have been changed, we will take an eastern course rather than the western we had planned. Admirel says she wants to look at the surfe.:huh:
So with orders in hand, I have no choice but to pass the tourch to you. If you need the map of the water falls, when I receive it I will be glad to scan it and send it to you email.Please take lots of pictures and post them.:thumbsup: We will be monitoreing the site all weekend. Nicky

Sorry guys. We're not going to be able to make it to Jocassee on Saturday. My wife and daughter now say they are free the entire weekend instead of just one day, so it's off to Charleston for us for a long weekend. I hope everyone has a great time on Jocassee and Keowee. Looking forward to lots of photos. Like Nicky, we'll monitor the site this weekend for status reports and pics.

If anyone gets to the coast this weekend, please look us up.

Just means more cake for us. Plus we get to eat more of the special items Judy is cooking up. Now what goes good with Mojitos and Margaritas?
 
Sunday is the only day we can make it. My son sails Optis at the sail club on Sundays. We may have him drop blobote day for the gathering, but haven't yet made the decision. We'll see.

So sorry about the no show on Jocassee Chuck. I want to come but to many outside interferance items on my list. :(

I have to add move all my house hold stuff into storage this weekend because the people buying it want to move in friday after closing. Is that normal to do that so quickly after closing? Anyways, I'll jump thru that hoop to.

Enjoy the Keowee bunch, I sure ya'll will have a good time.

Everything is negotiable, but in our area the buyer normally takes possession at the closing table.
 
Right now we are still going to Jocassee on Saturday and Keowee Sunday. I just need to find some maps of the areas with lunching ramps on it. We are also planning on doing some sightseeing this weekend.

My friend Brian who has the 250 selcect on Keowee called today. He is planning to join us. When we have a time let me know. I plan to launch at Keowee.

Should be a perfect Sunday.

I haven't gotten any input on times.... So what about meeting outside the marina 10:30am?
