You would need to complain to the hosting provider for your websites. (also check my pm to you).

They are responsible for the dns servers for your site. (typically)

here is the authoritative record I found for the DNS entry.

clubsearay.com. SOA primary ns ns1.myplesk.com
responsible root@ns1.myplesk.com
serial 2007070302
refresh 28800
retry 14400
expire 3600000

need to contact "root@ns1.myplesk.com" or try "hostmaster@ns1.myplesk.com" either address should get you to the person running the DNS.

I used to do this kind of stuff years ago.....

I typically click on the link, and go right to the site.
Then, navigate anywhere on ClubSeaRay site, as it automatically logs me in.

Hope this helps...

Dear Jim,

When the site needs financial support, please send me the address, and I'll very happily send a check.

Thank you for all you do.

Respectfully,

You may want to start asking about an SLA (Service Level Agreement). You may already have one. It is the agreement that your provider makes with you about availablity of your site. Since they obviously do the hosting, as well as the access, this should be an easy one. You should be getting something like the "5 Nines" 99.999% accessable. When it drops below that you should start getting discounts and/or options out of the current contract.

The only other thing that couples with an SLA is the method on monitoring. Some folks have their own tools, and sometimes it is better to go with a third party for objective, off-site monitoring.

On a side note, when the site is down, it apears you may have a database problem as the server starts the page, but cannot complete the content. Your provider may or may not have the database server on the same server as the web server, so it could be either the server or the network. None of this would matter if you have an SLA, as they would be responsible for it all.

It also looks like your redirection of th clubsearay domain is by someone other than your server hosting. This adds another variable when you start looking for problems.

Hope this helps, and I will start gathering more info in the future for you, when it is down.

I don't need any money or donations or anything, although if Bridog really wants to volunteer he can come vacuum my house or clean the boat.
What's a vacuum? Clean the boat? Heck yeah!! Can we go for a ride first?
