I am sorry to hear this happened Gary. I wish you well and would like if you let me know about your book also. Its sad that some people ruin things for the rest. I willl miss your posts and humor

The user in question has been banned while I try to wrap my head around this. If what happened is true then he's history. To anybody else that wants to continue adding fuel to this dispute you'll be banned for a week, do it again a month, and finally for good. So lets drop it. This is not the kind of thing we are all here to discuss. This site is about "Sea Ray's".

OK, he's done. Banned, gone. He'll probably re-register under a different username and come back but for now he's banned. Its unfortunate. Now, before everybody feels too bad for Gary let's keep in mind that this happens every few months and Gary is at the epicenter of EVERY single dispute that has ever happened on CSR. Gary is a smart person so we can assume this is not by chance. I wish I was a better public speaker because I could probably come up with a very good speech here. But I'm not so I'll just spit it out. The internet, as with real life, is full of uncertainty and crazy people. If you go into a group of people trying to stir things up and you tick off one of the crazies ultimately its your own fault. On the internet I would absolutely love to be able to respond to some posts the way Gary does. Our humor and short fuse for BS is similar in a lot ways. However, I can't always answer like I would want. First, my business is online so I have to be as professional as possible. 2nd, the internet is full of crazy people, so even if I was posting anonymously why would I take the risk of getting a crazy person's target on my head? Its just not worth it. Some people go through life trying to find a fight. Some go through life calling people on BS. Gary and the "fighters" clash like oil and water. Some of these fighters are crazy and want to push the arguments beyond the internet. Every few months this happens and here we are again. Always Gary, and always one of these people that need to fight and can't let things slide. To the rest of you, keep doing what you're doing. Have fun on the site, if you see something you don't like just go to the next thread, its not worth it. If you insist on constantly having an adversary on this site then this site is probably not for you. I hope some of that made sense. Act on this forum like you would act in your real adult life and you should be just fine.
I'll also add that I feel horrible this happened to Gary. Internet forums like this might not be the best place for him to hang out if these disputes keep happening and can escalate into something like this. I hope he sticks around.
