Ken, sorry to hear of your situation....but I think you'll need the cops, or you will be made the criminal by taking matters in your own hands. Grand theft auto is more than a hand slap. I know how you feel, been there, and the cops never found my stuff.

I'm with the rest, a lot of bass terds and MFers out there.
 
Not him.....crap! I now have to have my car re keyed since they have both sets! Have I mentioned I am pissed?
 
Wow Ken sorry to hear. Our last house got broken into....took two laptops, camera, and GPS for the boat. We dont' have pictures from our son's 3rd birthday now. Of course they never caught the guys or our stuff, but at least out insurance company was decent about it.

Wish I would have come home in the midst of it....
 
My neighbor caught someone at his lake house once. The guy was stuck trying to get in the bathroom window! he shows up, grabs a 9-iron and proceeds to beat the crap out of the guy while he is stuck. The Sheriff shows up and acts like they have no idea what the guy is talking about when he complained my neighbor was hitting him with something. I say a chainsaw would have been more appropriate!

You say that - but I hope you don't. They most certainly have less to lose than you do... Your stuff can be replaced, and your sense of security will return with time. Glad you are OK.
 
Know how you feel. Had an appartment broken into. We arrived home to scare the burglars away with the garage door. They ran out the back and only got a handgun and an ipod.

The police havent been able to find anything and this happened in December.

Fortunately for the criminals they made tracks when we opened the garage door or the cleanup would have been ugly.

To the guy that opened up on the robbers with the automatic, why only one killed. Practice with that gun more and next time get them both.

Ken, think about getting a camera system with a dvr, alarm system, and also a wireless backup cellular system for the alarm (in case they cut the phone lines). You can view your cameras from a laptop or even your cell phone. Trust me, this is piece of mind while you're there or away.

One of my buddies was shot in the head during a home invasion in the middle of the day Sunday. He opened his door to a stranger, found a gun between his eyes, pushed it up and away, and it went off. He fell to the floor and checked for brain matter. Then, the guy came in and began to ramsack the place looking for loot. He threatened to shoot my buddy again.

So, being sure he was going to die, he tackled the guy and tried to get the gun. My buddy was able to get to a sword on the wall and scared the guy off.

He would have too. Rush is a great guy. He owns the local Kite Surfing shop, the air brush place in the Super Wally Mart, and thinks he may have invented body painting in New Orleans about 20 years ago.

Here he is in his booth at Fantasy Fest, and the art work he did on my buddy Jay and his girlfriend, Francine.
