Great looking place. Just curious what a place like that would run? (Ball Park) I know what it would run down here, but have no idea what it would run in your neck of the woods.
Dumb side question. Can you turn your boat around in the canal or is there some kind of turn basin at the end?

Try this link.. It allows you to search for homes for sale on a google map. Put in a location or zip code, add "waterfront" to the key word search and see you find.. Another good website is Zillow, if you want to see what a house is worth.

IMHO - Zillow is only good if all the house are the same. ie: a track house subdivision. Being a Realtor it amazes me that people fall for Zillows values. I've personally seen it go both ways, either overprices or underpriced. The number one rule of Real Estate is Location. Do you know what number 2 and 3 are? Zillow does not take into account the changes going on in the area either.

Chuck....... I just playin..... and pulled that add from a local L.I. realtors listing......its listed for $ 6.9 mil...... a little more then I'll ever have.


Yes.....I have no problem turning my boat at my bulkhead.......our canal is a dead end canal....but is almost 70' wide.
Im facing south in the pic.......but enter the canal headed north.....and spin at my property.


Once I spin.....it is a bit tight with a 26' Sea Ray on my bow.....and a 46' Sea Ray on my stern......... sometimes I wish for a thruster
