Depends on the target. Say we're talking about nations. Now beating up on Canada would be just mean, petty, cowardly, and counter-productive. They're good neighbors. On the other hand, beating up on Iran or North Korea could possibly be a good thing. A little disrespect can go a long way.

Wow, just spent a few seconds on the HD website. Urinals aren't that expensive. Range of prices pretty consistent with toilets. Will you be installing a bidet also??

Because I wanted one, we had the room and it will forver put to rest the age ole argument.... lid up or down! I also have a regular toilet next to the urinal

Basically Gary posted a picture of his urinal, then he posted another picture of it with a members photo taped to the urinal as a target... Some thought it was funny, others thought it went to far.. I guess the admin felt it went to far..

IMHO - Zillow is only good if all the house are the same. ie: a track house subdivision. Being a Realtor it amazes me that people fall for Zillows values. I've personally seen it go both ways, either overprices or underpriced. The number one rule of Real Estate is Location. Do you know what number 2 and 3 are? Zillow does not take into account the changes going on in the area either.

Agree...Zillow was off on my house by a very large amount, and not in my favor.

 

[On Holiday]

No photos easily accessible, I live in a house built in 1897. In the process of renovating it. The laundry, half bath, master bedroom, kitchen are completed. Next on the list my son's play room which involves removing wall paper and then painting and then the hall bath which will be a total gut. Still have the master bath for next summer but that will involve taking out a half circle window and then removing the jacuzzi tub and stand up shower through the opening then framing it back up thus eliminating the half circle window. I have been doing all the work myself so it takes time since I only work after my son is asleep.
