Any old Detroit Muscle in the garage parked next to the boat?

Any wicked trucks to tow some of these monster boats around?

Post a picture or two. Im curious to see what other sea ray owners drive to work/dock/store on a nice day.

Not Mopar, but it is from Modena!! Lot's of fun and I do take it to the marina.......

Well, some would say my '02 Audi A6 is a project car... :) But, I love the way it drives - Quattro rules in wet/snowy conditions, the car feels like it's glued to the road. My tow vehicle's an '00 Tundra, with 130k on it. Still looks and drives like it was brand new! People that see it can't believe it's 9 yrs old. We're heading up into the mtns this weekend to deer camp, up on top of a mtn, so we'll get some 4-wheeling in with her. The last 3/4 mile is an old logging road, where I had to put her in 4wd last yr a few times to make it up over ledges and thru a couple streams. The deer camp's a freakin' Taj Majal... sheesh. knotty pine boards over the entire interior, 2 stories, with a full kitchen, living room, and room to sleep about 9 people, all in custom made beds using rough-hewn logs, very nicely done! Lighting in every room is done using propane lanterns, heat's from a nice Vermont Castings wood stove. All the other deer camps I'd been to in the past were extremely basic, like something out of an old Norman Rockwell painting. Just bunks and an old, barely functional wood stove, and a picnic table to eat at usually. Hope to get in some 4-wheeling(atv's) and maybe some hunting.

Does a 1961 Nash Metropolitan count? It's been in the family the whole time and I've been contemplating taking my turn with it.

What, I assume you don't have kids or a wife.

I'm a retired muscle car guy..........I've owned more groundshakers than I care to admit. My preference was only for the highest performance models and, of late, finding affordable parts has made it all but impossible to restore a car and end up with a low enough basis to make a profit.......so I quit.

But, the sound of a Ford FE block with solid lifters still make me stop and turn around.

Ahhh..... Love those old muscle cars.

I have a 1970 Mercedes 250C that will eventually get more attention.

I have a 60 GMC 1/2 ton 2wd with a built 409 big block, and a 70 Chevelle project car. I have been into "cars" all of my life. It's in the genes.....

I got one for ya. I still have my first car I bought when I was in high school in 1980. It's an original 1969 Z/28. Every winter when the boat comes out of the water I go into Camaro restoration mode. It really helps me get through the cold New Jersey winter. Mark

If you ever get a chance to watch (live on TV), or go to a Mecum auto auction, they are fantastic. Lots and lots of old muscle cars.

Even the Mrs gets a kick out of the auctions.

Growing up I always wanted a 69 Dodge Charger with a 440 6 pack. Kind of lost interest, but they still turn my head. More of a Corvette person now.

Does a 2004 Pontiac GTO count? She is my daily driver in the summer, but in the winter she is asleep in the garage.

I used to have a 2000 Z28 SS but sold her about two years ago.

okay if you love these cars so much where are all the pictures?

Oops, I just realized neither of these vehicles come from Detroit - Audi = Germany, Tundra = Evansville, Indiana

Those are nice Doug, I like the bolt on swim step on the white one.

Hell no, too young for that lol.

Heres my Daily Driver that also tows the boat around. Eventually it will have a solid front axle and about 10 inches of lift.

Right now its sitting on 33" procomps with 18" KMC Rockstar wheels.
