Dealer Meeting / In Water Boat Show

Any thoughts on those of us from CSR meeting? Eating lunch at the same table? Anything like that?

(I realize that I am in the minority here, some of you guys could use my boat as a tender & might not want to mingle with the gas powered, single engine guys)
 
Starting to see a lot of boats showing up here at beautiful Bald Ridge Marina. Do not know all the particulars of Open House next Saturday but sure hope to see, any of you and all of you....man, I wish!

My guess is they are using Bald Ridge as the staging area since it is the Marine Max dealer. Lanier Islands resort is just a few minute boat ride across the lake with nice facilities.
We'll see what Rusty says. Lookin forward to seeing the newer models.
 
It is my understanding that this is a Bayliner, Sea Ray, Harris Floatbote dealer's meeting.....Mon & Tues are Bayliner, Wed & Thurs are Sea Ray and Friday is Harris. They will have to stage the different brands off the Lanier Islands site in some manner so my guess is MM is making space available at their location for last minute touch-ups, cleaning and storage.

Y'all save me a seat at lunch.............
 
Yep that is what I was thinking. Mm has a big sales dock at Bald ridge. Waiting to hear what rusty says.
 
I'm not speaking on behalf of MM or Sea Ray ... but I was at both Bald Ridge and Lanier Islands (Sunset Cove) today and had a chance to talk to a few folks. The meetings/events are definitely over at Sunset Cove (Lake Lanier Islands/Big Beach dock area). From what I could see most/all of the boats are arriving/shipping in to MM at Bald Ridge, which makes sense because that's where MM can rig them and either put them in on the ramps there or use the well/lift for the larger boat(s).
 
If we are going to try to reconnoiter with each other at lunch we need some sort of method to find each other or an identifying mark, like the bloods and the crips. Who wants to suggest how that might take place?

I was thinking more like The Sharks & The Jets. But then again we probably don't have enough shiny black hair for that & it will be too hot for leather jackets.

Worst case is we plan on eating at high noon and ask Frank to act as our centerpiece. I'm pretty sure we can all can recognize him.

Correct....boats are being off-loaded at MarineMax Bald Ridge Marine to be prepped for the event this week at Lake Lanier Island Resort, Sunset Cove.

Check our web site for event times and registration for next Saturday. I am on a working dock this week, which is not part of the event. I would also enjoy introducing you to the new Service and Sales management at MarineMax Bald Ridge as well....Please stop by!

Hey real estate has still not come back in the mountain so, don't burn them $1000 bills. Send them to me and I'll cover lunch. (LOL)
 
Looking forward Chuck....I will be driving the 540 Sundancer for the weekend so look for that beauty and you will find me.
