I don't know what's your final decision is on the 600hrs service, but coolant replacement is part of it. This is why I didn't bother buying it separately.

In regards to the additives I'm not sure where the $300 come from. Perhaps you missed the labels like "Shock Treatment" and "Maintenance Treatment". I spend no more than about $30-$40 when using all 3 additives. Here's what I use:

Lol I think I have two years worth of additives, 911 and oil, coolant and filters to do a change and still have spares

It'll all depend on the miles you'll put this season :grin:. I had the same thought when I got all the boxes, but with the amount of fuel I've burned I had to place another order. I hope to use more this year.
