Is anyone willing to share how much they are paying for their slip?

I am paying $3000 for a 30' x 11' wet slip with electric and water. Marina has a pool which they charge non slip holders $500 for a season pass.
Don't know if this was ever covered here or not. Just curious what everyone else is experiencing.

I paid $3100 for mine. 33' X 12'. march-Nov. water, elec, cable for a fee. A little higher than normal around here but the marina is small and quiet and the location is where I wanted to be.

$1,450 + 5% state sales tax.

Anything less then 30' I think 30’ or over adds $100 but not sure.

Includes 30A power + water + use of launch ramp w/self-serve pressure washer + free self-serve pumpout + restrooms with showers / small old club house with TV and large attached porch + use of gas grills (they provide the gas) + 1 large campfire pit (they provide the wood) + secure parking area.

They also have 3 or 4 'free parties' per season. The sales people do the cooking /etc. Yes, is clear they are looking for boat sales but are not pushy at these parties.

$300/yr for about a 10 x 30.... no water, no elec but only a 100 yard walk up to the lakehouse.

It's good to have generous neighbors... with a dock... with 3 slips... and only a canboat....

Slip is free....... ......NJ taxes...... :smt089

$2599 per year for 12' x 24' wet slip with power, water and cable (I don't use the cable.) It is gated with a pool, 6 shower rooms, large deck overlooking the docks with tables, chairs and grills. Inside also has a full kitchen with two large rec rooms with couches, tables and TVs. I love it there, its not too big, very well maintained. Oh crap, I forgot, I still need to pay for the year. :smt119

Out here in Marina Del Rey, California, we can boat year round and while slips are rented month to month, they are a little hard to come by so most tend to stay all year.

Have a 30" by 11" slip with water and electricity included for $385 per month in G Basin (G for Ghetto). Dock is gated, but has weak security ...occasional homeless folks move onto rarely used boats. Have onshore bathroom, no pool, 'que or parties.

My goal is to move onto the docks behind the Ritz Carlton someday.

$1750 a year for a 28 x 12 with water, electric is between the electic company and myself which is usually $7.50 a month. The Johnny on the Spots are the cleanest I've ever seen!! That's a bonus right?

We pay ~ 4,500 annually for a 50' slip. This fee includes the dry storage fee for winter, but not the labor to haul/wash/block-up/relaunch. Yes, that is high! But the marina is very nice (www.sailingemporium.com) with nice grounds, bath house, store and pool, and could be considered a destination in and of itself. Plus, They throw a couple of "free" parties a year that are a nice litle perk. At least that's how I've rationalized it in my mind.

$200/month for 14x32 covered. Includes water - metered electricity is seperate. Security consists of a locked gate on pier. No other facilities.

maybe $15/month for the slip

but, I could not tell precisely what the initial cost was, it came with a condo

What are all those tall aluminum thingies sticking out of the middle of the hulls of the boats in your marina...????? :smt017
I like to think of them as lightning protection... better them than me!
