Comcast Users - Please read and respond

Any comcast users on here that can read this, if so please respond. I just had a Comcast user call me and said the site is blocked for him.

Perhaps this User's access to CSR has a block on it as my access to CSR has never been a problem.

I use Comcast at home. No issues to view it but a while back you recall the e-mail issue. I'm not sure if that was a Comcast issue or not.

OK, guess that is not the problem. He is able to access any website but CSR on his 2 computers at home in Boston. Weird.

Comcast at home - never had a problem with CSR. Could be a routing issue specific to his area.

Ridiculous. They have been caught metering bandwidth, but never known to perform domain filtering.

I don't have an issue and use Comcast. But I did clear out my registreys which erased my password and user name. I clicked on "forgot my password" and waited for an email with my password at least a dozen times. I never got it???

No problems with comcast here....However, sometimes it requires calls to customer service. I have had to make adjustments in the past.
