We could try "Google Hangout" or Skype. Use them both at work all the time and both are great for video or simple voice conferencing, and accounts on both are free.

I'll be in Delray Beach on May 18 (the Saturday before) if the locals want to get together.
 
All I need is a few hours notice. I can't meet you up in Delray.

Randy, I sent you an EM. We are not going to be able to make it due to work and family things.

I don't want to hijack Randy's post, but we are planning a trip over on 6/6. If anyone is interested just let me know.

I own a sign business and know several people that can do shirts that we work with for our clients. If you want them, you have to be quick as there is a certain amount of lead time required to them. My contacts can do any quantity and if this is something everyone wants, you have to let me know. We will also need artwork quickly.

Tom has been working with his printer for T shirts for our trip and has a nice design drawn up. I have been trying to reach BGC for their approval to use their logo on our shirts. We need to know how many people are interested in the shirts by Monday so we can place the order. The shirts will cost $15 - $20 each depending on the quantity.
