Bidens speeches at his rallys

Invite OllieC over before he busts a vein.

I think you've got the wrong guy. Maybe a little "projecting" going on?

I'm not the one who can't figure out the election process, however you apparently seem to be struggling with it.....why would I be stressed?

I had to do the same after Trudeau was elected in Canada. I feel your pain. Go to your happy place. Oh damn. It’s on dry land.

When was he elected? Do you have a Merriam-Websters? We can do this step-by-step if you need.....

President-elect

You remind me of what my father used to say, There is no sense in being stupid if you can't show it some times

Your spitting hairs you think Trump will beat Biden or the Electoral College won't vote the 290 + votes that Biden has for him.

He can’t be president elect until Trump concedes... it’s a big ass hair...but it’s still a hair.

Please explain why I am an idiot.... if you can don’t use too many big words....can’t wait
Well since I have a Master's in National Security and Strategic Policy from the US Naval War College I won't waste my time.

Cool. You should be able to tell us which state has certified electors then. We’ll wait.

Were you above average ?......because you just called me an idiot without just cause...and then dismissed me as a waste of time....is that what you were taught?

Concession is a courtesy and not a requirement in a Presidential election. Additionally, resignation at the end of the term is not required either as the Presidential term automatically ends on the Inauguration date (that is the last of a string of events triggered by the election). The second term is a unique term and not an addendum of the first.

What’s your point?... geez you guys are getting old... is he pres elect right now or not?... let me help ...he is not

The point is whether, or not a President concedes a re-election loss is immaterial. All Presidents automatically “lose” their job on essentially the fourth anniversary of their inauguration.

To answer your question, until sufficient states formally declare their winners and pledge their electoral votes to give a candidate 270 electoral votes no one is officially President Elect. Right now Biden is the projected winner, and if the lack of success of the Trump campaign’s legal efforts so far are any indication, Biden will be taking the oath of office on Jan 20. If the matter is not settled by Jan 20, the Speaker of the House becomes acting President until it is resolved.

when we want to be very correct at this point i agree with you .

he is NOT simply because the election still does not have a final result , some states are still counting , some states still accept overseas ballots .

this is the point , not if trump concedes or not.

but , because its simple math trump cannot overtake him anymore you can basicly call him president-elect . i think in 2016 trump was also called president-elect before alaska counted the last ballot.
