I thought that was hilarious and saw it as sarcasm and him showing us his dry sense of humor, and I plan to add it to my bag. What, the guy can't fire back if he wants to? If someone here took that personally they need to put their big boy pants back on and move on.

Well... see Greg... no one went WHINING to the admins about his responses... but some people used "humor" back and he's all up in arms complaining how the world is unfair....

Hey if that was the only one, yea you’re right….. But look back a little, there’s more. Where is the line between “sarcasm” and “smart ass”. If you fire it off, you best expect to get it back.

Ok, I will admit I have not followed all of his posts that closely. I do not read this post as "complaining how the world is unfair...." but again, except for the receptacle in the bilge post, which I learned from, I really have not followed what he has had to say. I could relate to his frustration in this post so I replied with support, that's it.

It looks to me like the line is determined by post count. Reach it and all "smart ass" remarks are automatically looked at as "sarcasm" and unique wit.

Hey I basically Hate everyone - but they seem to tolerate my nonsense & sarcasm here - Plus I learn a thing or two & a lot about Sea Rays & boating in general.

All on topic & no fun - this (& any) site would suck

Sad. Very, very sad. I said respect has to be earned. Respect that's unearned isn't worth much. So sad that such a simple concept is so far beyond some people's comprehension that it gets mangled to that mess. No matter. I've got my asbestos undies so I can stand the heat. But it sounds like someone needs a pair of asbestos panties...
