Looks great!! I will be anxious to follow along as you work on her. I am sure you have seen that I recently purchased one as well and will be getting her ready to go shortly too. It will be fun to see your project as I work on mine.

Its also great to see some other active members here that have the same boat and can share from their past experiences. AKBASSKING has some great threads as he has spent an incredible amount of time and work getting his boat water ready.

so I fired up the motors today and I can see coolant leaking form where the shafts come through the outside of the hull so im guessing the drip less shaft logs need to be rebuilt. I think as soon as the weather gets warmer im going to pull the shafts and change out the cutlass bearings and rebuild the dripless logs

Subscribed as well. Good luck with her it looks like she's in good shape. Congrats. How are you going to redo your teak? Also, just a hint to what I do on the interior wood. If you want it to sparkle with little effor Scotts liquid gold can't be beat. The cherry in mine came out great and I do it twice a year... oh the almond smell is great too...

Little confussed. Are you outside the boat looking up at the shafts?

yes from outside the boat its coming from the stern tube, I did some more looking and the dripless shaft cooler is ran to the coolent side of the heat exchanger which is wrong I need to change it to the raw water side I have no idea how long is been connected like that

motors ran good all im going to do is fix some wiring, rebuild both carbs and change the fuel filters cap, rotor, wires, plugs, impellers, oil change was just done
