Id like to attend this with my girlfriend. My name is Rich and I have a 310 Sundancer. Is anybody traveling down from Brick NJ area? We would like to tag along as I am not familiar with the channel below Barnaget light.
 
Sure thing Rich. I need you to PM (ie: start a conversation) me your boat name, captain's full name, length, beam and power requirement (30 amp or 50, I'm guessing you're 30).

I will be heading down from the Metedeconk River with 2 other boats on Friday morning. Hope you're an early riser! And hope you don't mind chugging along at about 20 knots. None of us are as quick as a 310DA.

Rich, here's what you do...
1. upper right side of the page, beneath the pic of the SeaRay, there's your alias...Richd.
2. mouse over that and in the right column you'll see "Conversations."
3. click on conversations and then in the middle of the page you'lll see "START A NEW CONVERSATION."
4. in the "Participants" box, put my alias.
5. start your conversation.

I've send you a message there so that may help get you started.

PLEASE NOTE...THE MARINA IS SOLD OUT. SADLY, I CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE RESERVATIONS FOR THIS TRIP. IF YOU FIGURE OUT THAT YOU CANNOT MAKE IT PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP B/C THAT COULD OPEN UP A SLOT FOR SOMEONE WHO MAY WANT TO JOIN US.

THIS IS WHY I START WORK ON ORGANIZING THIS TRIP IN JANUARY. OUR WEEKEND IS FAKE-FEST, WHICH IS THEIR BUSIEST WEEKEND OF THE YEAR - MORE SO THAN JULY 4TH AND LABOR DAY.

Ron,

Will the marina allow us to add boats to the ends of the T-dock? Our folks will pay for the space. Every time I've been to the AC event, the outside of the T-dock has been used by locals who drive up, dock, and go party at the pool or restaurant. Further, we could even raft at least one boat off a larger boat tied to the T-dock.
 
Frank, they consumed a bunch of that space with waverunner floats. The T-head has become the spot for day transients and putting overnighters there is not an option unfortunately.
 
NOTE: IF ANYONE IS STILL INTERESTED IN COMING, PLS LET ME KNOW AND I CAN START A WAITING LIST. WE ALWAYS HAVE CANCELLATIONS. BUT KEEP IN MIND THE PERSON THAT CANCELS MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT SIZE BOAT AND SLIP REQUIREMENT THAN YOU DO. FOR EXAMPLE, A 30 FOOTER MAY CANCEL, BUT THAT WILL NOT OPEN UP A SLIP FOR A 52 FOOTER.
 
OK, next step in the process...

I need to know first names of your crew and guest who will be attending. Also need T-shirt sizes of each attendee. S, M,L, XL, 2XL - you get the idea. Each attendee will also get a hang-tag to wear with his/her name on it, which is why we need first names.

We will be ordering around 100 t's and I don't want to disappoint anyone by not having the right size. These shirts are no cost to you - they are provided to us via sponsorship by Sea Ray and members of this message board who are business owners and who, for 6 years now have continued to support this event, even though many of them cannot actually attend.

Just got off the phone with Farley. We've got 22 boats signed up and only 5 that have called with a credit card. Come on folks, give em a call. You can cancel as late as July 11 so don't be afraid.

Also, please, if you have figured out that you are NOT going to be able to come, pls let me know. Could open a slot for someone else. It's a very busy weekend and the marina would love to be able to get extra slips for others that may want to come.
