Need a little guidance - head pump sensor shows half full despite being just pumped out.

Is there one sensor or two and is there any suggestions on how best to address?
Master head apparently at the pump itself is pushing fluid out, literally when flushed. Is that indicative of a block?

With our sea rays getting older and older, is there still no replacement for the Sea Ray Systems Monitor screen that’s plug-n-play? I’m aware of the Maretron conversion. Im not willing to tackle that. Any better options?
Is there somewhere out there that can restore them?

Try MarineMax in Tampa, they were able to provide me a new systems interface box that goes in the engine room last year for my 2000 410 Sundancer, I heard they found a source to remake many of these parts. You will need to give them the OEM part number that is found in your owners parts book. Last year it ran me $585. Good luck!

Nope, replace is the only option. The led versions can sometimes be salvaged. The one with the LCD screen, when it's done, it's done. The Maretron replacement is your only best option. Unless you want to recreate the wheel and make an LED panel, but that's probably even more work.

That's exactly what I'd do plus change all of the O-Rings.
ok, sounds good. I have two rebuild kits and will go ahead and remove the pump, replace duckbills and also the O-rings. Thanks for the help. Not really looking forward to this “crappy” job LOL

There is another option:

Pull the entire unit out of the boat and rebuild it. From the school of hard knocks.

Remember what @ttmott said earlier, you may have a cracked bellows so you should have at least one on hand when you do the rebuilds.

Ugh. That doesn’t look any easier. Guess a replacement display just isn’t out there. Maybe one day…

You really need something to let you know if there is an issue going on in the bilge and it's being flooded. A couple grand isn't worth the potential consequences. Especially in the insurance world we live in now.

Crack in bellows - happened to me.
Bellow is fine but there was, ahem, a piece of almost decomposed metal, in the duckbill valve that sends to the wasite tank. Therefore, the waste/water (fluid) had nowhere to go but up. I am hoping to re-install today If I can get it all done.

While I’m thinking of it, the sensor for the waste tank is at the top with all the wires, right? I”m asking because even when I’m empty the sensor reads “1/2” full and I likely have some materials (toilet paper or something) around it.

Oh, I had thought based upon what you were seeing that "juice" was being pumped out of the unit into the bilge; that is a cracked bellows. BTW it is difficult to see the cracks.

For sure if you have it out do the bellow...

Did you try Marinemax in Tampa? They were very helpful last year when I replaced mine. Ask for Cassy.

Yes. It’s very inexpensive and does the exact same thing as the over valued Systems Monitor (which is nothing more than fancy indicator lights) but takes some work.

I haven't ruled that out since there could have been a hairline crack but it def had a blockage. The kit I ordered apparently was some Chinese knock off and I couldn't get the pump to seat.... so I have to re-order to finish this (crappy) job
