400 Sundancer Trim Tabs

I have a 1997 400 Sundancer and I need to replace a broken trim tab. Does anybody know what manufacturer and model of trim tab I need to buy? I need to replace everything attached to the outside of the boat, including the hydraulic arm. Thanks.
