My guess would be from the air intake box modules on each side just above your fuel fill. My rod holders have small hoses (1/4") and are to the rear of the bilge.

Question: does anyone know the anchor chain size off hand? Looking to replace my bridle, but the boat is a few hundred miles away. Thanks
Well, I completed my acceptance of a 2001 400DB with Cummins 6CTAs today. First diesel for me and first boat for me that doesn't have a lower unit sitting in the water. Advance warning I'll be stirring up this thread pretty well I expect (check the damage I did to the "300 Sundancer Questions" thread in the past two years). This is the only picture I've taken of it so far (during the haul-out to survey the bottom). ]

So here is my first wave of questions. The boat surveyed great. But lots of bulbs were burned out. Here is what I have:
1) The starboard nav light is out and it seems the recessed screws may have their heads stripped. I tried a phillips and it just spins. I looked into the screwhead and looks like it might have been a phillips head that got rounded, but not sure. Maybe I just have the wrong screwdriver. Is it phillips or something else? Worst case I will drill it out and probably just buy a whole new fixture from Flounder Pounder, as the lens is cracked.
2) Trunk light is out I think. But I don't know which switch turns it on. Which one?
If you are talking about the interior of the trunk, I don't think my boat has one.
3) Missing a engine room light cover and the one at the forward bulkhead has a hole burned in it. I plan to replace these bulbs in the engine room with LEDs to stop the heat part and not damage the covers. Anyone know where to get replacement covers? I tried Flounder Pounder but they didn't show these. Worst case I guess I could just get new light fixtures.
4) The two bulb light over stove is missing a cover. Is there supposed to be one for it? Haven't gotten it to turn on either, so I suspect those two bulbs are burned out as well. Mine also lacks a cover. Try wiggling your bulbs before replacing them. I believe my fixture is getting tired as one of the bulbs needs to be "adjusted" from time to time.
5) How many lights are tied to the INDIRECT switches in the salon and the stateroom hallway? Nothing comes on when I push them, but the floor light on the stairs never lights up either. Is this the light tied to that switch and is it the only light tied to that switch?
My Indirect switch only illuminates the light on the stairs. Check the wire connectiosn on the fixture behind the stairs. On my boat the wire connectors can occasionally get pulled apart when removing the stairs to clean the A/C filter.
Congrats! Nice looking boat. Are you planning on keeping her in the water over the winter? It would be nice to have that option. Let the projects begin.
