Does anyone have any experience with Hurley Davit system on their 340DA? I am interested in mounting a new Mercury 270 Airdeck with 5 HP Mercury outboard. Thanks....

Bob ... we are also looking at the Hurly Davit System for our 05 340. Any idea what the instalation costs would be?

Sorry to bother you guys but I'm trying to buy a used sun pad for my 2007 340DA. I found a 320DA (2007) Sun Pad on line for sale. Trying to see if it will fit.
Can anyone out in the 340DA world tell me what the measurments are for your sun pad? length? Width at the head rest? Width at the bottom where your feet go?
The 320DA Sun pad measurments I was given were 38" long / 41" at head rest and 37.5" at bottom. I measured my rail system.......something seems off. It's close.....but showing that the 320DA sun pad is bigger at the bottom??? Does not make sense.
Thanks in advace for the help
Well, I'm receiving my davits this week and am planning on installing them myself. I'll let you know how it goes.

Well the Hurley Davits arrived today. Looks and feels like high quality device.
Seems very easy to install also. 2 stainless steel bolts and a backing plate inside the hollow swim platform should do it. I will let you know more after the weekend.

Congrats on new Hurley davits. I've also been looking at them--did you all get the new H2O davits or the old traditional ones? Presume the old ones given extended swim platform version. I'd be interested in any pics of them mounted when your complete or any advice on installation as that would be helpful. Thanks much!!!!!!!!!!
It was made with aluminum exhaust manifolds - they are a huge issue. Have them inspected and probably replaced. The transmission coolers could be an issue - must inspect.
