2015-16 Football thread - any team banter welcome.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. Bama has "had LSU's #" for a long time. Fournette is a great back, but when any SEC team relies so heavily on one player, well, sooner or later...

Another point in LSU's defense, Harris (QB) had not thrown a pic all year until last night. Basically they haven't HAD to throw the ball. That is until they could not run it.

Roll Tide.

anyone see Talib's eyepoke in the broncs/colts game? low. should have been ejected. suspension may be in order?

They still are.

If you are going to leave low hanging fruit like that around. I'm gonna take the shot.
I would have expected nothing more (or less) from you. Most of us take the high road. Apparently some are lacking stature.

Oh please spare me your sanctimony, I was making a joke. Did you notice the smiley face?

Nice high road personal shot you took at me. I expect nothing less.

I'm watching the Thursday night football game, Jets vs Buffalo. Both teams are in their traditional uniforms (not the white "visitor" uniforms) and I gotta tell you, this is a tough game to watch.

With the Jets in green and the Bills in red it's like watching a Christmas parade with all that red and green running around.

Those are the "color rush" uniforms. New for Thursday night games. First time ever we have worn red..and hopefully the last, although the city is all lit up in red tonight as big promotional thing for the NFL. I saw a few of the buildings on the way home tonight, looked pretty cool

thats funny. i just tsaid to my wife that those uniforms make them look like high school teams. not sure why i think that. looks horrible

There are going to be some good games on today, not the least of which is the Hawks vs Cards at the Clink.

Our "12" flag is up, we're sporting our Seahawk gear and ready for some good football.

The best game I've seen in awhile was Detroit vs Green Bay. The lowly Lions just beat the Cheeseheads for the first time since 1991. It ended up being a very close game that GB could have won but their kicker missed a FG. It wasn't blocked, he just shanked the kick and it went low and wide.

Way to go Lions.

GFC ,first time away from home since 1991.

So, am I the only one that is enjoying the hell out of watching the Seachickens get their asses whooped? Still early but soooooooo fun to watch. And I thought football would not be worth watching with the 49ers sucking so bad...
