2008 Rendezvous TN River?

What kind of trailer do you have for that there thing (Grin)

Sorry Me and the Mrs, caonnto amke it, we will be in the north Channel at that time of July

Robert

Robert we are going to miss you. Who is going to keep Stilbolts straight now? :huh:We needed another boltman there.

ACK! Doh, I can NOT make this trip :(

I had already committed early this year to helping run a 4x4 event being held in Arkansas and totally forgot that it was this exact same weekend. There's only one of me

I've got a reservation and room at the marina and don't know if someone else might need it. Does anyone else want my room before I cancel? PM me to let me know; otherwise I'll cancel in a few days.

I'm really going to miss out on this, but I have to go with my previous commitment, especially since I had volunteered to help coordinate and run it. Bummer.

Yeah I'm really bummed about it.

I figure I'm probably also ruining some of you other guys' fun and ya'll will have to cancel the secret betting pool you have concerning whether the Towinator was going to survive the trip over the mountains with its transmission still intact.

Uhmmm....... Has anyone thought about reserving slips for the trip down to Chattanooga? ....not that it's really an issue with my new alumacruiser. I'll just beach it.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning the City or Riverwalk docks operated by Marine Max?????? I would prefer to slip my boat in a sheltered or no wake area. Please keep in mind that some morons in SC, Lake Murray specifically, are not capable of reading these two simple words NO WAKE....Some interpret this as MAX WAKE. Hopefully this same rule does not apply in TN.

The only dockage available is managed by MM. No covered slips. Should not be a problem.

The January edition of the Boat US Magazine has an article regarding the TN Boating Trail and includes Chattanooga.

Got another member along for the trip. shpclay coming down from Knoxville. I think there is now a couple boats coming down from Knoxville area now.

Good News: There are still plenty of Teepees available for the week. Can't say the same about the same about airconditioned accomodations. Heck A/C is overrated anyway. ....or you could just buy/bring your Sundancer, which really isn't a bad idea.........

Trying to plan one of the side trips. How fast do most of you like to run? How long is too long of a run?
