Thanks for the info. Any other local knowledge you can provide would be greatly appreciated as I would prefer to keep the propeller and drive in one piece. Otherwise, I will have to use Mr. Stihbolts and his Bravo III as a stump/shoal finder (lead boat).

Now I find out that there are stumps, floaters, shoals, and crazy bass boat fisherman on the river/lakes. What the heck are you subjecting my pristine 230 to?????? My skeg doesn't even have a scratch on it.
