My air compressor will recharge itself usually in the middle of the night waking us up, how can I disable it altogether so it doesn’t come on

My Air Horn is not working. I am trying to find specifications of the pump or horn pressure/flow requirements. There is a manual reference to folder "H" but I have no information. :smt001 Here is a picture maybe someone knows... Thanks, Richard
