1988 460EC Air Horn Compressor Identification Help needed.

My Air Horn is not working.
I am trying to find specifications of the pump or horn pressure/flow requirements.
There is a manual reference to folder "H" but I have no information. :smt001
Here is a picture maybe someone knows...

Thanks to Sea Ray -- FIAMM TECHNOLOGIES, their part # was 53021......HORN, DBL TRUMPET AIR
I called FIAMM and they were very helpful.:smt001
The original air pump is a Signaltone-Neiman vane type.
SN was bought by FIAMM in the 90’s
The good news is the performance was 12-15 PSI, and the current replacement is FIAMM Pt# 0821022

Now I can find out what is wrong. :smt038​
