I turned my battery switches off on my 2000 Sea Ray 460DA when I docked it on my lift. Could anyone tell me if my Grey Water sump pump still functional with the battery switches off? Any help is much appreciated.

i have a Sea ray 460 and the boat run always by the stern. The only situation when the bow is down is when runs full speed. I don't know how to do it to sail with the bow down and more stable.. Someone can help or have any idea why? Thanks
