Twin Caterpillar diamont turbo diesels
I turned my battery switches off on my 2000 Sea Ray 460DA when I docked it on my lift. Could anyone tell me if my Grey Water sump pump still functional with the battery switches off? Any help is much appreciated.

I'd bet they will not function. The emergency pumps in those bilge areas will still work, however.

Thanks, even though that's not what I wanted to hear! Back to the boat doc for me.
Thanks again!

Welcome to CSR and your first post. No you are in the wrong thread. You either need to start a new thread here in the "Sport Yachts/Yachts" section or in the "General Discussion" section with your specific question. I searched to see if there was a "480 Motor Yacht" group for you here on the site and I don't see one has been started. Finally, you might want to be more specific on the "airflow" you are looking for. Is it for your engines or generator or your a/c unit for example? Pictures tend to help also. Good luck with your search.

Thank you I will continue my search for questions regarding the 480 MY.

Just in terms of reference I was wondering if anyone had knowledge or experience regarding fresh air flow in the interior of the boat. I have owned a 420 AC and just recently sold a 450 Sundancer. The 420 had some operable windows but not many, while the 450 had several operable windows and roof hatches allowing for great air flow.
We recently looked at a beautiful 480 MY but was disappointed in the lack of operable windows allowing fresh air thru the boat.
