Robb, don't know if you have done anything with your stereo set up yet but I just added 2 Kenwoods to the bow of our boat and it really helped getting the sound out. Have a look at the pics to see if this is something you may want to do. It was a very easy install with my Dremel and a cutting bit.

Hope u can see in the pic the area I am talking about. The frame is raising off of the glass where the arrows are. All screws seem to still be intact and the windshield supports are in place and all screws are still there.
