93 24' Sundancer Question

I am looking at a 1993 24' Sundancer that is up for auction. I am not real sure what all equipment is on the boat cause the listing is not real descriptive but from what I can see in the pics and what's listed it has a 305 inboard, kitchenette, bathroom, sink, refrig, rear shower, am/fm stereo with amp and subwoofer, sleeps six, on a Shorelander dual axle trailer and looks really clean from the pics.The auction is this Sat the 16th and it is about a 3 hour drive from me so I would like some advice on a price range this boat should be in if it looks as good in person as it does in the pics. Is that a 230DA ? Sea Ray didn't make a 240DA in 1993.

Well that's what I thought also when I looked it up on NADA so I am guessing the auction place doesn't know, so yes I would say it's a 230 DA. I know I got my 180 Bowrider on a bank repo sealed bid for $3 k under NADA, but wanted a good number to have in mind with it being a live auction.
