2006 340 speedometer not working at all and tachometer working intermittently. Are they driven by sensors and if so, where are they?

Just installed a new Garmin VHF radio. After installation, it won’t power up. Both inline fuses are good (one fuse with the new unit and one further up the line). Which fuse at the box feeds power to the VHF? At a loss here.

It is for the starboard battery panel switch. Can’t seem to find a replacement. Is it a DTDP? Any ideas?
