Hey Adam, just saw the thread. Congrats on the new boat! We also are in Bradenton and spend most of our time cruising around Anna Maria, anchored at Jewfish or Passage Key. We have a 2008 240DA with blue hull (no name on stern). Give a shout if you see us on the water. Would love to see the...
Hey! I'm having fun reading your posts, as we have a 240 also and love it. We don't spend many nights on board, but are out every weekend. Are you running your ac on the inverter? Great job with the LED's in the cabin and good idea for them in the ventilation covers. I would wire power...
This might be a stupid question,but.....can I get a replacement trash can for under the step of my 240 Sundancer? It wasn't with the boat when we bought it and i was thinking about making and insert to use the area for storage. Unless it is a standard size that could be found at Walmart or...
Ankrummg, I had the same problem with my 2008. I was replacing all the hose on the engine and just removed the heater hoses to clean up the engine room and plugged the ports. Connecting them together as suggested would also work. Now we just don't have hot water unless we are plugged in to...
That's awesome. Although I can't do this because of how my ladder is mounted, it is a great idea that you only see the mount when the cover is up.
Hey Skunkman, I'm assuming the sandbar is Jewfish? We do most of our boating from Sarasota bay to Egmont. Next time I see a 330 with a Labradoodle on board I'll stop by to say hello
Dave.
We dont have a very steep ramp and I can back in until i'm floating without powering off. It's just at that point the bow kind of slides down over the roller and the clamshells thump. I'll try to adust the roller down a little so by the time the boat slides off the trailer the clamshells are...
Cover looks great. It might be worth getting one just to prevent some sun bleaching/dust accumulation if we don't plan on going out for a few weeks here and there. Quick question off topic I thought of while seeing your boat on the trailer. Do you ever have a problem with the anchor locker...
To be doing that type of speed in fog, either stupidity or alcohol would have to be involved sure
Well, we are in Florida, so I'm gonna go with stupidity.
Been working on a few things on the boat over the holidays. Maintenence stuff, the boat is in great condition but not used much. Replacing exhaust, water pumps, hoses, plugs, etc. Also adjusted trailer. I have my port bunk set up just to the outside of the A/C water intake. Is this how...
