I think I need to replace the start/run capacitor on my AC. When we went to the boat this weekend the breaker tripped the first 2X the AC tried to start, then it never did it again for 3 days. Model # SXR10-M10, 10,000 BTU's. Does anyone know where to get them? I didn't look at the value, I...
I wanna do the same thing except I want to mount a grill in the holder. I saw that support rib on mine also when I pulled out the speaker on the port side. I thought it would be easier because I assumed I would have to through bolt it... I guess not? I'm going to have to go further back away...
Mine sounds like a dead duck.....
Must be something wrong with the wires. If you're getting 12v and it's still not working, try hooking some temporary wires up to the horn from the switch. Or hook a different horn up to the existing wires. Maybe the wires are breaking down and/or you have a...
Just saw this thread. I had the same problem in my 280, the GFCI that I couldn't see behind the captains chair was tripped. Finding the GFCI proved to be the hardest part of the troubleshooting process.
FedEx came through... Hey, my gen is in a soundbox. Can I just open a door or panel to get to the impeller? And to check the oil and coolant level? I would think so but I haven't tried to open it yet.
The impeller I ordered was shipped and marked as delivered by FedEx but it's not here... oh well I won't be changing it out this weekend unless I can buy one at West Marine or a store by the lake...
I only had the receptacles and refrigerator on the other day when I ran the gen, I could turn the AC and microwave on and see. I bought a new impeller to at least have a spare, it should be here Thursday.
I have water flow, just not quite as much as I would think (which I'm probably over estimating). I closed the T-valve for a second while it was running to see if I could un-clog a blockage and the gen turned off with a no water coolant error. I reset the fault and cranked it back up. Like I...
I cranked the generator today and after a few minutes I started noticing what seemed like more exhaust coming out than usual. I looked at the temperature on the digital display and it said 195 degrees so i turned it off. I only have 10 hours on it and it may still be under warranty but that's...
So I have one of those Glomex things up on top of the radar and a coax cable under the galley cabinet, there's also a dial switch of some sort there. What do I need for HD TV? Just plug the coax into the back of an HD TV? Was thinking about getting another Direct TV Dish for the dock as well.
