2000 340 DA Trim tabs

I purchased a 2000 Sea Ray 340 DA with next to no hours on it. The Trim Tabs have never been used it appears (boat only has 100 hours) zero fluid in reservoir.

I read regular ATF is ok?

I bought some Quicksilver trim tab/power steering fluid for mine from the ship store for about $6.
